Terms of use

vetted.supply is operated by Super Legit LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“vetted.supply”, “we”, “us”). It is an index of US manufacturers and a search tool for finding ones that fit a part you need made. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you agree on that company's behalf. The service is free for buyers.

The service is in beta. Features, limits, and the suppliers listed will change.

• Profiles are assembled by software, including AI, from what manufacturers publish about themselves. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.
• “Vetted” describes our process for selecting and structuring profiles. It is not a certification, an audit, or a guarantee of a supplier's quality, capacity, pricing, certifications, or compliance status.
• A profile marked “Verified” has been confirmed by someone at that company. Verifying is free and does not change where a shop ranks, except to break a tie between equally good fits. We take reasonable steps to check that the person works there but do not independently verify every detail.
• Do your own diligence. Confirm capabilities, certifications, and export compliance directly with a supplier before you place work with them.

When you request an introduction, we pass what you need made to the supplier. If the supplier accepts, we give each of you the other's contact details. We may follow up with both sides. We are not a party to any quote, order, or contract between you and a supplier, and we are not responsible for the supplier's work, delivery, or conduct, or for a buyer's.

• Give us an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at howdy@vetted.supply if you think someone else has used it.

You agree not to:

• Copy the index in bulk, scrape it, or use automated tools to collect it, or resell or republish it.
• Get around search limits or other technical restrictions.
• Submit export-controlled technical data (such as ITAR or EAR-controlled information), classified information, or anything you are not allowed to disclose. Search text is stored and processed by an AI model.
• Submit false introduction requests or verify a profile you have no authority over.
• Use the service to spam or harass suppliers, or for anything unlawful.
• Interfere with the service or try to access data that is not yours.

• Your company may be listed based on your public website. You can verify the profile to correct it, or ask us to correct or remove it at howdy@vetted.supply.
• If you verify a profile, you confirm you are authorized to act for that company and that what you tell us is accurate.
• Being listed is free, and so is verifying a profile. A verified shop will pay $49 for each buyer introduction it accepts, or $199 a month on the Pro plan for unlimited introductions. Neither is billed yet, and we will tell you before any charge begins.
• Nothing a shop pays changes where it ranks. Results are ordered by how well a shop's equipment fits the request, and verified status only breaks a tie. Verification does not make a shop appear in a search its equipment does not fit.
• If you stop paying for Pro, the profile goes back to Verified and stays listed free. To make a change, write to howdy@vetted.supply.

The site, its design, the structured index, and the software behind it belong to Super Legit LLC. Manufacturer names, trademarks, and the facts they publish belong to their owners. You may use the site to source parts for your own organization.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, vetted.supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the service or from your dealings with any supplier or buyer. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account, or remove a profile's verification, if these terms are broken or the service is being abused.

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will email account holders first. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and we both consent to those courts.
